At TezMc Collectables, we offer affordable and reliable shipping options to our customers. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive to you safely.

Shipping Prices:

For all customer orders, shipping will be additionally added upon check-out. The default rate for shipping offered at TezMc Collectables is $15AUD. For Australian users ONLY, we would offer customers free shipping if any products purchased that is, and over, $100AUD.

Return & Exchange Policy

At TezMc Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, specifically for damaged items, please contact us immediately at tezmccollectables@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to request a return or exchange.

We only accept returns for items if they are in their original condition and packaging upon receiving your item(s). However, TezMc Collectables will not be responsible for covering the cost of shipping for defective items.

Australia Post, which will be used by TezMc Collectables for postage of products, can offer additional insurance, which would be happily discussed before delivery, at an additional cost.
